Finding a family that made me realize that I’m the unicorn, made me feel fearless when diving head-first into the unknown. I was told that working hard on a part of your dream will carry over to other aspects of your life, and I see it now!
Unintentionally, I realized that being organized in the work place is a job! I really enjoyed helping out on the GRC side of things; reporting, collecting evidence, policies, etc. After a few years working with our lovely team - we found our niche: Compliance Training! I’m beyond proud of our growth and what came of our courses. And if you don’t know - they’re based on us and our real life personalities! Maybe a little exaggerated…
Im not just an enginerd at CyberSoul SecurITy - ironically, I’ve found peace in training martial arts… my favorite right now is boxing! I think it’s safe to say that all our life goals are to profit from what we love doing, make new connections, and build a loving community. Unicorn out!

Twenty years in cybersecurity and IT, most of it spent building security programs where none existed. I've done this at Cisco, Oracle, Gusto, and Costco, and most recently stood up an entire security function on my own, from endpoint protection through SOC 2 certification, for a 150-person company.
What I've learned across all of it: security fails when it's built for auditors instead of the people who have to live with it. The controls that hold up are the ones that fit how a business actually runs. So I build for that. Practical, proportionate, and honest about what a company does and doesn't need.
I co-founded CyberSoul SecurITy to put that thinking within reach of two groups that usually can't get it: businesses without the budget for a full security team, and people trying to break into this field without a degree or a fortune to spend on training. I came up that second way myself. The mission is to make cybersecurity accessible, understandable, and effective, whether you're protecting a company or building a career.

Throughout my career, I've been passionate about creating streamlined operations that enable businesses to grow while fostering strong, accountable teams. I believe great leadership is built on clarity, integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Today, I bring that same operational mindset to cybersecurity, helping businesses strengthen their security posture through practical, reliable, and proactive solutions. As an Operations Manager of CyberSoul SecurITy, our mission is to make cybersecurity accessible, understandable, and effective so business owners can focus on running their companies with confidence.

I have always wanted to put myself out there, so when I was put to the task of producing our social media videos, I jumped at the opportunity and challenge. This led me to take the role of being the head of social media.
I came into marketing without the traditional background of having years behind me, I learned by just doing the work intentionally and getting better. I knew compliance and cybersecurity training is something that people click through half asleep, and I wanted to change that in ways that has not been done.
At CyberSoul SecurITy, I create the short-form videos seen on our social media. I see our channels as the front door to the company rather than something promotional - we wanted to create videos that are educational and entertaining for everyone to see. It is my goal to make that happen and communicate our message to the world.
